LOGIQC for Hauraki PHO practices

The LOGIQC Quality Management System is cloud-based software for managing safety, quality and risk in healthcare practices. Hauraki PHO has partnered with LOGIQC to make the LOGIQC Quality Management System available to all member practices at no cost for an initial period of one year with possible further extension. All Hauraki PHO practices also receive UNLIMITED licences so all staff can benefit from access to the system.

Hauraki PHO practices can access a customised version of the LOGIQC quality management system designed to help reduce the compliance burden on practices to manage risk and safety and to help practices achieve and maintain RNZCGP Aiming for Excellence/CORNERSTONE accreditation.

LOGIQC for Hauraki PHO practices is a customised version of the LOGIQC quality management system designed to assist Hauraki PHO practices to manage risk and comply with the requirements of Health and Safety At Work Act 2015 and CORNERSTONE.

The base LOGIQC system provided at no cost for Hauraki PHO practices includes the registers listed below. Additional registers can be purchased starting at just $10/month.


The Risk Module integrates with the other registers you have activated in your LOGIQC system. It includes a risk register and a risk management plan that shows how a risk is being managed and any related mitigation tasks in the system.


Easily maintain version control and review of corporate policies and procedures and never lose a key document. The Documents Register is a central library for key documents that have been approved for use in the organisation such as policies, procedures, templates and forms.


The LOGIQC Incident Register helps you to ensure that adverse events are reported and managed effectively in accordance with operational and statutory requirements. All organisations have a duty of care to ensure that employees, and any other person who may be affected by the organisation’s services, remain safe and have a safe place to work.


Monitor the performance of your organisation with LOGIQC’s Audit register. Auditing is at the heart of the quality improvement process as it is the mechanism by which the organisation assesses its compliance and achievement against set requirements and performance goals.


Improvement and innovation are central to an organisation’s ongoing success. The Improvement register promotes a culture of quality improvement and supports the organisation to take action in response to staff suggestions and reported issues relating to service delivery or business processes


An organisation striving for excellence will be responsive to feedback and focussed on how it’s managed. Ensure patient feedback and complaints are reported and managed effectively in accordance with standards. All staff will have access to simple and quick complaints and client feedback reporting.
